Application scopes:
    It is applicable for granules, powders, liquids, single tea bags or multi-bag cartoning.

Equipment introductions:
    1.Adopt automatic feeding, carton-opening, carton-packaging, batch number-coding, carton-sealing, waste-rejecting and other packaging forms, compact and reasonable framework, simple operation and adjustment
    2.Adopt servo/stepping motor and touch screen, PLC programmable control system and human-machine interface which has high degree of automation and more humanized to display operation much clear and simple.
    3.Adopt photoelectrical sensor automatic detecting and tracking system, the empty bag will not enter carton, which maximizes the saving of packaging materials.
    4. Adopt automatic shutdown when cartoning failed and main drive motor overload protection device to make cartoning more safe and reliable.
    5.It can be combined with aluminum-plastic packaging machine, pillow packaging machine, three-dimensional packaging machine, bottling lane, filling machine, labeling machine, inkjet printer, on lane weighing device and other production lanes to achieve linkage production.
    6.According to customer requests, we adopt hot melt adhesive dispensing machine or mechanical glue dispensing to seal the carton.
